1. Services Covered by this Policy
This refund policy applies to all advisory services, consultations, and any other paid services provided directly by ArtuCapital Advisory through the official company named as Artukapital oü.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of financial consulting and advisory work, once a service has been rendered (including consultations, strategy reports, or other deliverables), it is non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).

A written cancellation was submitted within 24 hours of booking a service and before any work has begun.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. No Refunds on Third-Party Fees
ArtuCapital Advisory is not responsible for third-party transaction fees or currency conversion charges that may occur during the refund process.
